The PR said it cost 7 million dollars. That's not chump change. Bankruptcy was in 1993. That's long time ago. Its 2014 almost 2015. I filed bankruptcy in 2002 and I'm doing great now. I'm very thankful I was able to start over.

You did read when he filed BK correct? Like 20 years ago...cell phones were just becoming affordable enough for the average consumer to buy...I don't see how a BK that long ago has any, ANY bearing on the deal or technology currently at hand...This is a joke that this is even being discussed at the moment...Not to mention, even if he filed BK yesterday how does that affect the value of the technology he's created?
