Sydney siege gunman claimed to be an Iranian spy to seek asylum in Australia – rolling report

.. inquest reports on ABC tv here for an hour plus already .. one guy just said "because we are trying to determine the shape of a person's mind over time" .. to say some old letters were relevant .. is fascinating .. Monis cultivated respectability while a real shonk on the other side .. he went through a period playing at clairvoyant, some $125000 apparently was made in one year, with over 40 cases of sexual misconduct complaints against him .. missed any further on that .. wrote letters to the UN and other prominent places and people .. he lied much .. he achieved to around mid-priest (think it was) hierarchy in Islam .. claimed Ayatollah, too they said .. made some public speeches and preached .. he himself was an illusion within/in/by his own delusion, if any of that makes sense .. lol .. sideeki, this i'm sorry won't be as interesting as the live on tv here ABC(24) now is .. :)

There is nothing to verify the claims by Man Haron Monis that his wife and daughters were being held in Iran. His emails show he maintained contact at least with his daughters in later years.

There is no evidence after 2000 of Monis holding any full-time work but he established a “so called clairvoyant or spiritual healing business” which advertised in local ethnic newspapers. He registered several businesses through which he did the work. The first is “Spiritual Power”, registered in 2001. One of the advertisements asked:

Do you want to know about future of love and career?

Is time running out on you and are you still single?

Do you need to check whether he/she is your right partner for marriage?

Do you want to clean the evil spririt and improve your spiritual life?

Records show Monis had a clientele of 500 from 2002 to 2007 and in one year declared he grossed $120,000 on his tax return.

was the latest at post time .. http://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/live/2015/may/25/sydney-siege-inquest-into-hostage-deaths-resumes-rolling-report

.. just now an old interview with him in preacher mode .. he really sounded reasonable and moderate in public .. his website was a totally different tone .. as for many ..
