#9466 RE: volakin #9463

Volapump, you're right (see below), Miller has not publicly put a date the filing of the SB2, nor should he because it's never going to happen. He just keeps telling his lap dogs like you, that everything will be fine and it will be filed two months from whenever he happens to be answering the question. The fact is SB2's are very, very expensive to formulate and ThenAuto has no money, so you can forget the filing. You will, however, get your NWAU shares exchanged for NAUG share as soon as the inside R144 shares have two years age since the original date of issuance. After this period of time (2 years) the NWAU R144 shares will become free trading and there will be real no need for an SB2. However, your newly issued NAUG shares will initially still be restricted, but only for a short period of time, 90 days I believe. Miller could have done this long ago but it would have screwed inside holders like himself because his restricted shares in NWAU that became restricted shares in NAUG would have to start a fresh two year waiting period.

An SB2 could serve to register everyone's shares and end all waiting periods, but this is simply not ever going happen. This is especially true if the only time waiting period on the newly issued NAUG shares is 90 days.
