Agreed, but how much was the last sale price, and when was the last sale? a R/S just makes the pie smaller, you still have your same % of it.
BIG opps.....the pie stays the same size, just cut into fewer pieces. You still have the same % of the pie.

the potential didn't die with the stock...and the stock still exists. If he had declared b/k which most business folks would do we would have had nothing....I give the guy a lot of credit...for stepping up to the plate, assuming the debt, and trying to get this going in the right path.
