J, yes, I made some $$$ trading FLPC
only to have lost it later on.

BUT none of the biz plans here have
ever worked. While some may say that
was just the result of bad timing/luck,
its too consistent IMHO.

Does anyone remember my post from last Spring
where
I said, "it's like mgt wants us to sell and go away?"

Well, IMHO, that is exactly what they wanted.
Then they could continue with a new group of
"investors".

As far as bull runs are concerned though they don't come once the stock is this far diluted. Look at charts for any of this sort of scam company and you will see similar bounces leading to the flatline of death.

Pitman33 was exactly correct when he called this technique "death spiral financing" Although I understand his and others frustration at the situation it won't help to accuse posters of knocking the SP down.

It makes no difference what posters post, the potential buyers are just more likely to look into things more if some continually unanswered questions get raised. They can't subsequently be blamed for not going near stock like this surely?

The people already "invested" here wouldn't want to see others duped into buying in merely to help their tragic positions, or is that what is being said?

The bulls and bears of any consequence have had their day here, both are now in hibernation ready to wake in the spring to look for other similarly run companies.

Anybody else has two choices at this stage; take it on the chin, learn the lesson and move on OR join together to push for these scoundrels to be sorted out by the authorities.
