It's a hurricane play. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Last summer PBLS was buying back shares at .004. Katrina hit and .10 just about overnight. Claim to be buying back shares now as well. Yes, they've been speculating in Oil & Gas too.
Nothing wrong with PBLS imho as long as imho one considers it a hurricane play. I think hurricane season kicks off June 1st?
