The 2003 SEC filing was to "FORM 15-terminate or suspend the duty to file reports" as "Mighty Mac USA" long before Telefix reverse merged to become public. Telefix is a start up with just a few years behind it. Telefix is a non reporting entity (Alternative Reporting Standard Unaudited). They are not required to file anything with the SEC. They release enough to remain current on OTCMarkets which is the pink sheet "current" standard absent of audits.
Just a recognition award? So it would be better to not have received it at all? I don't walk through life disappointed all the time, sorry. The fact they were exposed to Verizon enough to receive recognition is far more than most start ups would accomplish imo. I'll take the award rather than not. Good luck to you.
