Even if the government doesn't step in, I think weber will be put away by investors who take him to court, via class action or solo. I've read so many personal emails written by the CEO over the years to individual investors, that were flat out lies to sell shares. Not to mention the company prs that all turned out to be lies. Unless weber pulls a miracle, I don't see bbda lasting into 2016. IMO.
