Therefore I don't understand why you keep saying it has not been proven. If the accused company even agrees that JB did it and they don't know why, then what more needs to be proven.

And proven or not, it has for SURE been established that the dose switching was in the DISADVANTAGE of bavituximab and that therefore the real results must be better then the 139% SOC improvements announced on Setp 7Th 20102.
