I've been in pennies for a long time and have bought over a hundred. I don't remember how many r/s, but I do know that I was not better off in even one of them. All lost more that 50% in the first few days that I was allowed to trade them ( I suspect some accredited investors can trade earlier hence the immediate downward pressure as soon I can trade them in my account). High a/s scares investors because of inevitable r/s, but right after, immediate reauthorization of more shares to dilute is even more scary. IMO .0001 is the percent chance you have to make money in a stock with that same price

MELY, ive seen many examples of companies w/ double our o/s, move from trips to pennies.... our o/s is not too high
