The tangier a debt is a judgement. Doesn't take a genius to ensure a pay off order is signed when paying. This smells of incompetence at best.

Fair enuf. Ed f-d up on that one. Worse. They snagged the TA for 1 billion shares. Sweetsun must have had some special sauce.

You can paint this however you want, as you've said many times MYEC doesn't own the patent so if ED was manipulating this debt deal with Tangiers/Sweetsun (and he's not) then why wouldn't he say F this I'm going to sell the patent to the highest bidder and who cares about MYEC?
Doesn't make a lot of sense does it. The likes of Sweetsun, Titan, Seven Mile, Sierra are numbered the noose is tightening slowly and securely. OTC about to get cleaned up notice the indictments increasing?

I agree that the original 255MM shares being issued are on Ed. He should have demanded proof that the underlying debt had indeed been purchased from Tangiers. However, the remaining shares, according to the complaint, appear to have been obtained by these shady companies through fraud/coercion and unbeknownst to MYEC; most likely through forged transfer documents. Interestingly enough MYEC didn't sue their transfer agent so I'm assuming they cooperated and provided MYEC with all the necessary documents to prove their claims. My guess is that if those 500MM+ shares are still out there that MYEC receives an injunction regarding those shares and ultimately gets them back/cancels them. The rest will take a while to sort out unless there is some sort of settlement.
