Here is what im looking at in respect to Learman-

ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on the Consent Order Granting
Substitution of Attorney (Doc. 54), wherein attorney Cathy J. Lerman seeks to
substitute as counsel of record in place of attorney Robert C. Sauerheber. The Court
construes the paper as a motion.
Mr. Sauerheber currently represents Defendants America’s Green Energy
Source, Inc., America’s Green Energy Contractors, Inc., Cathy J. Lerman, Steven H.
Lerman, and Cathy J. Lerman, P.A. The Court has found that Ms. Lerman is not
admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. (Doc. 51). For this reason, the
motion is DENIED with one exception. Ms. Lerman may represent herself.
Accordingly, Robert C. Sauerheber is discharged as counsel for Cathy J. Lerman who
now represents herself.

I also believe the case being moved to another venue is all but a done deal.
