I have just answered the first part of that question

The second part, some of the revenues Mark did say have come in in November, and he explained who some of the project starts were delayed initially, resulting in a delay on the award fees.

So still not fussed. I see a logic in the order with which things have happened. I am not saying i wouldn't have wanted 15 contracts and microsoft like revenue 12 months ago, but i understand that certain things need to be in place before other things can happen. The machine needs to be running before people will place orders. The project details need to be signed off before money will be sent. None of this makes me panic at this stage.
