Are you somehow associated with Jimmy? Did you stand to benefit in some way by Jimmy not performing and letting the pps take a nose dive? Do you have some sort of evidence that supports illegal activity by Don and are not disclosing it to the SEC and thereby making yourself an accessory to the fact? Or, are you trying to blackmail Don in some way concerning Jimmy? Why are you so mysterious about this relationship? Have you retained legal council concerning your relationship with FLPC and how they supposedly approached you?
