You correct about the clinical trial but its not just phase I its was updated 10/24 on the Shire website footnote (3) clinical 1/2 which is postiive regarding 1 imho.
Don't say never cause they will settle.One thing regarding what emails I've received from Maza was this statement.I'm almost working daily w Shapiro and pushing to resolve this case.
Now to me that don't sound like they are planning to continue a lengthy battle.
Plus I've heard other rumors outside the company they been in serious talks.
As far as the R/S my thinking its a done deal.I think they are going to run with Tau as fast as possible.We just have to wait and see cause its sure out of our hands.
Heck when it comes to the Shire trial its in there hands.No one at the company inside or out knows what they will do but Shire.
