Two ways of looking at this...
1-Buisness is so good that thet can't keep up with demand (Next FINS will tell the story)
2-They have a part timer doing the packing and shipping working only 1 or 2 days a week
Lets face the facts...the product comes in small containers that just need to be picked off the shelf, stuffed with a little paper, thrown into a std USPS Prioirty Mail box. The order taking is not complicated. One sheet gets printed and payment processing takes less than a minute.
One order processed, printed, packed and waiting for USPS to pickup takes no more than 5 minutes. I can;t see more than a packing table with minimual packing materials, stack of USPS boxes and a shelf behind the packer with product
Product doesn't take much room
They are getting better per your post and customer service is key.
