THAT MEANS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE ONE OF THE ONLY FOREIGN COMPANIES SHARING THE PROFITS ON THE SMALL MINING AND PETRO REFINERY.
CAUTION BEING THAT THEY MIGHT SEND FMNJ ON ITS WAY BUT IT IS CLEAR THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN AS PER THE NEWS RELEASES.
