A/S is 300 million. Current O/S roughly 100 mill. Depending on what VIP's conversion rate is, It's damn near going to be along the lines of a hostile takeover. With VIP's Conversion rate They will Control roughly half of the current O/S, at a huge discount to fair value I might add. They got bought out and turned around and took their company back when the uplisting fell through.
