and

20,000,000 X 1% f/s common ENTI = 200,000 NPT spin-off @ maybe $5 or another $1,000,000.00 in free money...???

Could get real tasty $$$ if there isn't enough sellers...

.0075 X 10% share reduction from 1.4 Billion going to DUTV = .075. 50% share reduction from legal and no legal shorts = 3.75. Sell off pre 50:1 clean up = $114.815 ??? Never know might make .075 before 10% share reduction.

I can only make $16,500.00 or I have to pay taxes this year...on my social security...

So that is only 2.2 Million shares if ENTI goes to .0075... less if it goes higher...

I am in the process of forming Encounter Diversified Holdings Inc as a tax shelter and might not ever sell that many...No connection

That way I can pass it off to my kids...

What am I going to do with 50 Million
