DROP Does anyone know if FINRA has approved the RS or not? If it's not approved, this will run again. It may not get approved as the company just did a RS in August. Agencies like FINRA were put in place to protect shareholders, if they approve back-to-back RS, they are not exactly doing there job. We'll see what happens. GLTA!
