As I tried to say before I don't believe mtvx. Will merge or RS any time soon. They have changed their biasness plan. The smart card is in the for front now. The moped seems to be selling itself. The company that sold moped to us couldn't pay the supplier anymore and couldn't get material no longer. Mtvx has paid those bill and are now making from what I could see there 1000s of moped's and now about the cerner money ,,, it is being well spent as of a while ago mtvx had to hand machine the smart carb. From bilet. And takes many man hours and is a slow process. Tooling is being put in place to to make these from cast. And will speed up the process a lot. And make the carb. Cheaper for the consumer. They make many sizes of carbs for different application.. I.e. 28mm,, 30mm and so on so the tooling will be a asset to us all. After seeing all of this I have made a choice to move my assets and go all in mtvx. For me this only makes sense. And at my age. Lol this will be my last trade. I am a buyer at any level of pps.
