LOL pure conjecture. The truth is TRTC has many many new assets both tangible and intangible now. This is not 9 month ago, so the absolute bottom has been .21 in the last 11 months, that is a fact. it is only up from here based on all the new developments. 0.2799 up 0.0044 (1.60%)
