When will the "DTC Chill" be removed for BRTE? Anyway 0.0006 x 0.0009 now.

Why those Hundreds Of Thousands shares of 0.0048 ~ 0.0030 buyers did not Slap out those dirt cheap 0.0009 ~ 0.0029 shares? They should do so in order to average down to lower their cost bases!
