In my Fidelity account it is listed as mCig spinoff shares. It should not have a dollar amount attached to it but should show your amount of shares.

I don't understand your problem. Your broker marked that when the symbol is determined and it is legal for you to sell it, it will happen.

A price (IPO) will be set and folks will either want to buy it or sell it, which is normal market forces.
