Dr. Bill for being a doctor you are quite the moron when it comes to investing in stocks. If you owned the Grifco stock when the mouse hit the midnight bell on May 01, 2006, you are going to get the 1.86 shares of CTT. One second after midnight and from then on the Grifco stock would sell without the CTT shares. You can sell the Grifco stock on May 2, 2006 and still get the CTT stock later. It's that simple. Now get a life and buy some Dell stock.
