Once again moron the selling are debentures that have been converted into common stock. There are no insiders selling at a half penny. Think about it??? Debt has to be paid off the debentures don't care at what price. The syndicate will buy back shares and retire stock into treasury to reduce float. At this point there are approximately 15mm shares in the float. The company is working on retiring the unconverted debentures at this time with a preferred stock offering. News on the new money raised including a closed loan
