6 months ago or so oil was $100 / BBL. The cost of extraction is about what it is today. Then the middlemen were making huge spreads.
Today spreads are smaller, but they'll bottom and then rocket up -- just like happened after the oil crash a few years ago.
The lack of fracking tells you the cost for drilling wells is a very small component vs. the cost of operating the wells. Basically get the drilling done now and when oil prices rise frack, extract and book revenue.
Would be much more productive to work out what WOGI's extraction costs are / BBL. Then you'll know what price oil needs to be for the fracking to begin.
