If she is interested enough, she needs to bring it to the J3 board, and have a series of meetings to discuss the possible direction/solutions. Jim has a couple of people that he trusted appointed to the J3 board. There is always a way out, but she has to be interested enough to work towards that end. If she is financially comfortable, then there will not be the motivation to do so. If she is financially comfortable, then she would have to have a conscience to step out of that comfort zone, and repair, or complete Jim's plan(s), for the sake of those outside of her family (GTGP shareholders, and J3 employees). We will see what she is made of soon enough.
