It is strange. You want to see what a good PR SHOULD do? Check out PGPM today. Two days ago it was trading right about the same as we are with RSHN, now its bouncing around 10 CENTS!

First thing, this PR is huge in itself... and the reason the stock is going down... no F***ing clue. This does however give huge support to the next PR which may say contract is signed and x amount of containers are due to Japan by June 30th. This PR precedes the contact PR, because the contact PR would be worthless if not for proper funding being pre-arranged.

I need more shares, so I am happy the stock is down... however, I do believe we are going to see a huge pop in the near term.
