Yes $b_rich$, it got a “Matter continued” but with a faster return date. Up until now there was a 3 or 4 month wait until the next court date, this time it is only 2 months; the next court date is on Feb. 11, 2015. A “Matter continued” indicates they have a case; if they didn’t it would have been dismissed.
