I totally disagree. This company will gain traction. The progress toward completion of the business plan will continue IMHO

The only way this gains traction is if they break ground, put actual shovels in the dirt. Until then, it's just a paper tiger with a bunch of "conditional" agreements of which the conditions will never be met.

If the physics were possible, someone of more accredited stature would have taken on this project, MIT for example, and not some no name pinky CEO.
