Appreciate your honesty and recognition of the type of scam artist we're dealing with here. If you do pursue legal action against him I would highly recommend that it be in the form of a class action lawsuit. I -- and I'm sure plenty of other people who lost money in DKGR, LBYE, and TVOG -- would sign on as plaintiffs.
