Given all of the technicals (holding support for [bottoming for 5 days] above the 200DMA and 50WMA, RSI heading north from nearly oversold, stochastics -way oversold - below 10 and poised to move higher, and MACD moving up - about to go positive) in collaboration with fundamental catalysts finally coming into fruition and how L2 has been looking lately.

I believe the planets are aligned for a move north, the speed of which I could not know for sure but would bet on a quick pop if BARDA contracts mention IBIO in any regard.
