UAPC!! There was no post for UAPC on that board search! Do you have a specific post denoting toxic debt for UAPC? If there was dilution, from Asher or any other debt holder, you would be seeing it run rampant, at this very moment. So far, haven't found any debt that hasn't been satisfied. I am open to what you find?

That Toxic debt is pretty much all taken care of there is basically none.. so what are you talking about here? I know of no others...
