That is the one thing that stood out to me and did not make sense.

He is a CFO and has to know the definition or accepted norms for numerical terms. If they are getting 3% and reporting consistently from day 1 that they will get mid single digits, wow just wow.

My impression was not a question from an analyst but from a potential investor and Mr. Ramsay gave the most complete answer possible. I say mid single digits, the sell side analyst range from 3%-5%. Who is the analyst with the 3%? Who doesn't know that mid single digit is 4-6, the analyst with a $5 price target or Mr. Ramsay?

Not sure if this is the best way to link a past post, but I am replying to one of mine from last Dec where I noted Ramsey answered an analyst to say mid single digits could mean from 3-5%
