It´s not very hard to find rather safe investments between 10-15% around here, not sure on the U.S prospects available.

And admittedly we may have differences in culture, over here I would say the common thing to do would be to liquidate any assets to avoid legal and personal disputes and to divide evenly every last penny asap.

I agree on the message board aspect to some extent I usually avoids them altogether, bloggs are usually way better sources for intelligent discussions about stocks in my experience, havn´t found any that seems to be high class neutral on subject concerning SIAF sofar. Jimmy Rodgers do have a point, Fidelitys trends of the century report are quite in favour for the branch and space long term aswell.
