Was watching CNBC today where the insider trading was discussed. Basically one lawyer stated, you can trade on non public information as long as you do not violate the fiduciary responsibility. Of course all that is up for interpretation and regardless of any past violations being cited, I would think a call to the company or an attorney would still be a good Idea. Charges are brought all the time for different and "new" issues. So it is still up to the individual, obviously. My point here is that like ETCC, TEVE is not a good investment as history has proven.
