But if a CEO promisses a partner , launch and NDA filling before years end he needs to deliver the promise
Its the OTC market
Only a week of delay can have a serious impact on the price
Making new investors loose faith and move on
But december is far from over
We could still have launch , filling and partner anouncement in the next few weeks
