Hey, that is more proof of pending action than you are showing. As I said, I tend to agree with you until I see more proof...but by then we might be running to .01/share and higher in the blink of an eye. In any case you haven't shown ANY proof to the contrary of what ETRADE & REUTERS are showing.

250,000,000 @ $1 = $250 milliion

Minus cost 250,000,000. X .10 = 25 million

250 million shares @ $1 minus. 25 million cost =
