Yes it was. And the drop from 4.00 to .50 was a low volume walk down. A total of 2.8 million shares traded over the course of a month for the majority of the drop. Mainly because of postponed uplist and conversions hitting market. Conversions were supposed to be bought out out in the uplist IPO but after it was postponed in October noteholders flooded the market
