Look at the press release it stated that the rules of the game (paraphrased) "prohibit" Them from divulging too much information as doing so can jeopardize the "S-1" filing.
It follows that if there is no S-1 then there is nothing to jeopardize.
IMO the evidence is right there in the press release. The S-1 is coming. And based on the timeline of prior press releases very very soon.
