Re: "Those that proposed that the Doctor's recent purchase of 50,000 shares stood as a symbol of his confidence in the company now need to consider what his sale of a multiple of that amount might mean. Seriously, I think his recent purchase was meant to mitigate against any questions that these sales might raise."

You think he bought a small amount of stock to make it look better when he sells a larger chunk? Interesting idea.

Of course he is free to buy and sell as he sees fit. What makes you think he will be selling stock (I assume you mean soon)? He hasn't sold any yet, and keeps adding so far, right?

Many on this board seem to want to say everything is not what it seems at NNVC, questioning motives and all that, non-stop. Sometimes it's fun to guess, but why assume all is negative so often? Perhaps the company leaves itself wide open to such speculation, and hasn't "earned" the trust of non-stakeholder, but fascinated third party commenters, or of many shareholders either.

I continue to give the benefit of the doubt that things, in fact, are as they seem: insiders adding shows confidence in the company. I'm not a blind faith giver, however, just a patient one.

Looks like loanranger wins the why Boniuk bought more shares.
selling 600K.

So, the reasoning that Dr. Boniuk knows more than the rest here and is a long term investor, just got challenged by this filing.

Of course, most realize that the perks he got and still gets as interest and options would allow him to sell everything for $1.00 and still made money along with his money back, all IMO.
