26 of 30 billion served were in one man's hands. That number has been reduced to 24 over 28 billion O/S and A/S respectively. The third party selling is nearing an end based on dates in fins and volume. As soon as shares are cleared the SS will be updated accordingly. If my guestimations are correct, between 3 to 5 billion O/S will remain if/when the privateer is done and Sal's shares are reclaimed. This all ties into $RIGH Financials and press releases. All IMHO of course.
