Erred claims listed on website and valuations from years ago when precious metals were 40% higher and most likely from claims that canwealth no longer controls.

Canwealth has NO RESERVES. There are no Proven or even Probable Reserves.
Reserves are required to get real funding and Canwealth will never be able to provide proof of reserves.

It's not true!!!!Those reports are years old before commodity prices tanked!!!No one is starting new mines with metal
prices plunging!!!Claims that state that are FALSE!!!!!Besides no one knows the huge costs in mining those claims.There is a reason why those claims have not been acted upon!!!They don't warrant the expense in mining them.PERIOD!!!.This IPO is NEVER HAPPENING ,regardless of the nonsense posted here.THIS IS DEAD MONEY!!!!
