I would have thought that an expert in the field would have precedents at their fingertips and would not need to do any research. If you don't have that information then what are you basing your daily warnings on? And why do that on a daily basis. The three or four posters here who have signed tn NDA (and I haven't and have no shares) need no further warnings I'm quite certain.
