First of all this was not a company PR. Mr. Nelson in a TV interview was quoted as saying that he hoped to "get close to $100 million" for 2015. In the next sentence he acknowledged and recognized that it was an ambitious projection. So what is 'close to' when you consider the numbers? $87 million? From approx. $21 million for 2014 to over four times that would be awesome. Your boxing it in to... well not sure why you do what you do.

If you recall, it was the MD Energy acquisition announcement that caused the big rise in pps, not the "that should put us close to $100 million" comment by Nelson. The MD Energy announcement was made November 6 which led to a rise from .20 to .3149 over the next few days. There was no cell news or "$100 million" comment during that rise. The market isn't making as a big a deal of the "$100 million" comment as you are.

The less than expected Q3 earnings is what caused the sharp decline in pps from .3149 which followed. Again, all to do with revenue/cashflows and nothing to do with the cell.

So you see, good sir, it's current and projected revenue/cashflows that is the primary driving force of the share price. Not assets and the cell as you claim.

SUNworks grew 100% annually for the last years. They've reeve toy hired more people and moved to 3x size warehouse. What's to stop them to grow another 100%?
That in itself is 4/10 of the volume in question. Now add three more installers...
