If you recall, it was the MD Energy acquisition announcement that caused the big rise in pps, not the "that should put us close to $100 million" comment by Nelson. The MD Energy announcement was made November 6 which led to a rise from .20 to .3149 over the next few days. There was no cell news or "$100 million" comment during that rise. The market isn't making as a big a deal of the "$100 million" comment as you are.
The less than expected Q3 earnings is what caused the sharp decline in pps from .3149 which followed. Again, all to do with revenue/cashflows and nothing to do with the cell.
So you see, good sir, it's current and projected revenue/cashflows that is the primary driving force of the share price. Not assets and the cell as you claim.
