Yes, but not the record date we are waiting for. November 26 is the record date to vote at the BCKE Special Meeting. Anyone who owns just HTSC would not be able to vote since they would not have owned BCKE shares on that date.
Looks like the vote is for a name change and to give Jeff complete control of the company.
