Actually the company itself is in charge of OTC markets and can be updated by them at will, FINRA does not update otcmarkets

there has been no Reverse split filed with the NV SoS as of 4:21 EST on 12/10. The last filing is still from 10/22 that has nothing to do with a split

If anyone from the company has told anyone that one was filed prior to its release it is illegal and grounds for punishment by the SEC for insider trading. Also if someone states that they talked to a company insider and they lie about what is said that is also illegal and grounds for share price manipulation.
