"DD" seems to have overlooked a major FACT, when it comes to claiming that RightSmile has 7 employees. The 7 employees were claimed as of Dec. 2010 and guess who was in charge, Joseph Dwyer.
Joseph Dwyer signed and published a "notice of late filing" to the OTC on Jan. 15, 2011. By March 1, 2011 your friend and mine, Randy Schneider is in charge and making a mess of disclosures, first thing was him thinking that a quarter report for the period ending Nov. 30, 2010 was due, when the quarters are actually March 31, June 30, Sept. 30 and an annual date of Dec. 31.

Does the name Joseph Dwyer sound familiar? It should, he's Matt's brother.
As we all know, Randy came after good ole' Joe. So using an employee number of 7 in "DD" now is not only misleading, but is just plain funny too.

Nevermind checking posts like this, the fact that the 7 employees listed is dated "as of 12/31/2010" matters not in the righ time machine...

reading stuff like this in it's entirety can produce multiple rewards, just check the share structure box and note the latest outstanding share figure:

Aaron was cramming phone bills at his 2nd phone bill cramming "company" in 2010 and 2010 was when there were supposedly 7 employees.
