As the company has stated in their reports, Valentines lawsuits have been nuisance lawsuit. He has lost three of them in a row over the last year.

An appeal to the most current victory would end just like the rest of them. Mr. Valentine would certainly have lost.

As I mentioned, great things are happening behind the scenes right now.
